Dr Dormer was the reason I stay at this practice. He was excellent. Now he has left, there is nothing good about it.

Generally very good and helpful staff at reception and on the telephone.
Doctor always pleasant and informative.
Only negative I can say is that as shift worker it can be difficult to get appointments at times. That are convenient for my self.

Always feel looked after.
However sometimes very difficult to get an appointment (although today was very easy).
